Phonetic Fluency provides digital pronunciation training and educational content primarily for English learners. Our services may include one-time purchases, subscription-based memberships, and other learning materials delivered online.
2. Digital Access
When you purchase a product or membership from us, you receive access to digital materials for your personal use only. Sharing your login, copying content, or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection). You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
To avoid future charges, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
4. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the value of our membership program and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time membership purchases only. If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of your initial sign-up. To be eligible, you must contact us at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored. This guarantee applies only to the first month of a new membership. It does not apply to:

All other sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for unused time or dissatisfaction outside of the terms defined above.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Disputing charges with your bank instead of contacting us directly for support or cancellation violates our Terms of Service, and may result in loss of access to our programs. We reserve the right to remove access and pursue dispute reversal in cases of chargeback fraud.
