Personalized Accent Assessment
Identify your specific areas of improvement in a tailored, 1:1 session
In our one-on-one accent assessment, I will carefully listen to your pronunciation, pinpoint the elements that make your accent sound non-native, and outline the specific changes needed to help you sound more like a native speaker.
Session Agenda:
- 10 min: Accent Assessment
We will have conversation with the purpose of me listening to your speech in order to determine your areas of improvement. This includes free speech, and possibly some reading out loud.
- 10 min: Assessment Explanation
I will share my screen and show you your accent assessment, explaining what each area of improvement means.
- 10 min: Offering Discussion
We will spend the final minutes of the session discussing possible learning modalities, such as a custom 1:1 package, joining the Phonetic Fluency membership, or a hybrid approach.
You will receive a Google Doc at the end of our session with a copy of your accent assessment to review later.

My name is Meredith Spielman.
I started my business with the mission to help Spanish-speakers living and working in English to feel confident about how they sound.
I did accent training in Spanish, my second language, and the results changed my life. When I speak Spanish with a native-like accent and rhythm, people understand me.
